Thank you for choosing ETWOTOUCH USB, Infrared Touchscreen products. This README file contains additional notes about our touchscreen software which,we think,will help you make better use of the touchscreen and touchscreen software.

1. Install/Uninstall Manual

NOTES:  It must have administrators access rights to install the touchscreen software package . It must also have administrators access rights to run the touchscreen control panel and touchscreen calibration applications.

  1. Please run the Setup.exe in the driver pakage, the program will install USB Infrared touchscreen  driver in your computer.
  2. Change Touchscreen setup, click the "Start" menu, point to "programs" , and then point to "ETWO TOUCH USB",  click "ettcplusb". Or you can click the "Start" menu, point to "Settings", and open  "control panel", and then double-click the "EtwoTouch Settings" icon. Now you can change touchscreen settings on the property window.
  3. Uninstall Touchscreen software ,click the "Start" menu, point to "Programs", and then "ETWO TOUCH USB", Select "Uninstall" from the list of application. 
  4. After installed the driver, you can arbitrarily shift touchscreen USB interface. If you haven't calibrated touchscreen, please calibrate and then touchscreen will work normally.
  5. Open touchscreen control panel and click "About ETWOTOUCH" , you will see release version.

3. Problem solution

  1. The system mouse class driver MOUCLASS.SYS and HIDUSB.SYS are required by the driver. Most times, it is installed during Windows installation process.if not,the device driver will not work.
  2. When you have calibrated touchscreen, but mouse cursor don't appear normally on desktop,  please open "Etwotouch Setup" and change "mouse mode" to "Dragging", then calibrate touchscreen again.
